Tuition Waiver
Form & Process
To begin the tuition waiver process, the employee must complete and sign the form and then submit it to their supervisor for review and signature.
Once both the employee and supervisor have signed the form, it should be emailed to the Office of Human Resources at Human.Resources@baruch.cuny.edu for review and processing.
