- Heart Health, Prevention & Screenings: Learn about heart health, risk factors, prevention, and the importance of early awareness. Take advantage of available screenings and connect with health professionals who can provide practical information and guidance to support your health.
- Expert Benefits Guidance: Meet directly with benefits providers and representatives to learn more about your health coverage, retirement planning, financial wellness, and other programs and resources available to you.
- Interactive Engagement: Enjoy activities, raffles, giveaways, and wellness experiences that make learning about your health and benefits engaging and accessible.

Sunday, November 1 – Monday, November 30, 2026
Your annual opportunity to review and update healthcare benefit elections.
Note: If you are satisfied with your current elections and do not wish to make any changes, no action is required during this Open Enrollment period.
💳 The Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Program Open Enrollment Period for Plan Year 2027 is:
October 1, 2026 – November 13, 2026, for an effective date of January 1, 2027.
Set aside pre-tax dollars for:
• Health care expenses
• Dependent care expenses
Changes take effect January 2027.

Annual Flu Clinic
The popular Annual Flu Clinic returns for 2026!
Protect yourself and our community by receiving your flu vaccination during the Fair. It is quick, convenient, and available right here on campus.
Registration is required. Appointments are first come, first served, so employees are encouraged to register early. Please register here
